Customer Master

Account Manager at site level:

A new provision has been provided whereby Account Managers can now be defined at Customer Site level. This generally happens when the customer has many sites and it becomes difficult for a single AM to manage all the sites.

For any customer where site level AM setup has to be enabled, a request is to be made to the PANOPLY team, who'll do the setup for the same and enable it for the customer. For this to happen clients need to first provide the PANOPLY team with the following information.

Customer Name

Site Name

Enquiry Category

Account Manager Name

Once the above information has been provided, PANOPLY team shall do the setup. Once such setup is done, the screen will look as seen below:-

Changes to Customer Account Manager Mapping Screen:

The customer account manager mapping screen has also been changed to indicate that the AM change will reflect only from the current half yearly term of the current fiscal year. Eg., If today is July 2018 and user wants to update the AM, system will update the AM effective 01-Apr-18 (assuming Apr is the start of the fiscal year). Similarly if today is November 2018, and user wants to map the AM, system will update the AM effective 01-Oct-18.

Category Performance Report

A new form has been provided for 'Sell In Sellout Report Filters and Generation'.

1. Users can define the Suppliers and Product Lines for which the report is to be generated.

2. Either All Suppliers / All Product Lines can be chosen, OR For a supplier one or more product lines can be selected. Specific Suppliers all Product Lines OR All Suppliers, Specific Product Lines can also be defined.

3. Based on supplier code selected , all the Suppliers mapped to the Supplier Code will list in the grid against product line.

4. This definition can be saved with a name, to avoid selecting these parameters again and again every time the report is required and will be visible only to the login person.

5. User can also choose to modify the parameters for the list that is saved.

6. 'Execute as one off / Schedule as daily job' is mandatory. Based on this the system will either generate the report immediately or schedule it as a job that runs every day and pushes the report.
