1. Product Master
Few changes have been made to the Product Master as under:-
a) A new column 'Is Warranty Mandatory' has been introduced in the 'Product - Supplier' mapping section of the Product Master Screen (ref below screenshot)
When 'Is Warranty Mandatory' is marked "Yes", system will mandate entry of Supplier Warranty (for at least 1 year) in the Worksheet, against the concerned product.
b) 'Product Line' column has been introduced in Product Master.
c) Any change done to the 'PM Kits/Consumables' column will henceforth be audited
2. Obsolete Parts in Lead
If a lead contains obsolete part(s), system automatically downloads in an excel, the list of such parts. A new column 'PartsMasterID' has been added to this excel file.
3. Per Incident Quotes Submitted
Changes have been made to the scheduled automail that lists all the 'Per-Incident Quotes' submitted on a daily and weekly basis.
In the daily mailer:-
-Closed enquiries have been excluded from the report.
-Columns to display the 'Disqualify/Closed Reason' and 'Disqualify/Closed Remark' have been added to the report.
In the Weekly mailer:-
-Closed enquiries have been included in the report.
-Columns to display the 'Disqualify/Closed Reason' and 'Disqualify/Closed Remark' have been added to the report.
