Changes made in Panoply - Version 2.172

1. Order Forms Pending Approval

A small change has been made in the calculation of ageing of order forms (in the auto-mail that is sent to P&L). Ageing will now calculated from the 'Date of Submission' of order forms as against the 'Parts Request Date'.

2. Sales Forecast Excel Download

The excel download feature in the sales forecast screen now includes two additional columns - 'Product PO Expected Date' and 'Product Supplier'.

3. Parts Contract Indicator

Change has been made in the Sales Check Screen to facilitate users to deselect the 'CSD / Parts Contract' indicator as part of Sales Check. 

Note that deselecting this indicator will mandate system to match the 'Quote Value' with 'PO Value'.

4. Parts Validation Status Auto-mail

Couple of changes have been made to the daily auto-mail that lists parts which are pending validation.

Now, there will be two system generated auto-mails:- 

1) An auto-mail listing parts supplied by 'Managed Vendors', pending category validation will be sent to all category managers. There will be another auto-mail listing all parts supplied by 'Unmanaged Vendors', pending category validation.

2) Earlier, only 'Active' parts used to figure in these auto-mails but going forward, both 'Active' and 'Inactive' parts will be included in these mailers.
