1) Customer Survey in Panoply :- Introduced customer survey details in Panoply. Users no longer have to refer to pivots. Relevant information can be pulled from Panoply itself. This functionality can be seen in Marketing --> Customer Survey Preparation which is a privilege based.
User can extract the data by providing Date Range and Enquiry Channel.

2) Changes to Order Acknowledgement Screen :- For equipment orders in Order Acknowledgement screen, in PL Items by default part numbers will be listed. In-case if any any parts needs to be displayed in Order Acknowledgement, the Part number should be selected Manually in Order Acknowledgment Screen --> Other Items --> PL Items.
3) New Screen Introduced "Skip Stock Approval" :- Whenever user skips stock adjustment, now it will go through a new approval process called "Skip Stock Approval". Skip Stock approval screen is purely based on privilege, where the user with this privilege can either Approve or Reject stock adjustment. If skip stock is approved it will move for procurement. If rejects this will go back to Stock Adjustment.
