1. Service Team Calendar
The design of the service team calendar has been changed. On loading, it'll now show the current week's schedule - this is the default setting.
The search function now provides users with an option to search for 'Inactive' engineers/resources (ref below screenshot)
2. Deletion of Parts Requests
In the PRLC screen, users now can delete parts requests which are in 'Draft' or 'Rejected' status. The deletion will also delink from the claim, any SRID attached to it. If such SRID is in 'Waiting' status, it'll move back to 'Ready' status, whereas IF its in 'In-Progress', then it'll remain in the same ('In progress') state.
3. Non-Contract Installation
There are occasions when service team is asked to perform installations of equipment which is neither sold-to nor procured for the customer. Such calls are captured in Panoply as a 'Non-Contract Service' call. Note that, within a Non-contract service call, a new call-type called "Upgrade / Installation" has been introduced for users to capture details of such calls (ref below screen).
4. Escalation Emails
Please note that all emails sent from the escalation module henceforth will have the word "Escalation" prefixed in the email subject and shall be sent from the email-id escalations@gulfbioanalytical.com
