1. Leave Application reflected in Other Assignments
Whenever Service engineers apply for leave in the leave module, an entry of the applied leave shall be visible in the 'Other Assignments' screen (ref below screenshots)
2. Installation calls - Adding PM kits for product
A new button 'Add PM Kits' has been introduced in the service call response screen (filled by service engineers) for Installation Calls. Clicking on this button will redirect the user to the install-base screen where PM kits for the product can be captured.
The above facility is dependent on the 'IsPMKits Required' checkbox in the Product Master. If this is checked PM kits for that product can be added to the install-base through the SRLC (service call response) screen (ref below screenshots) - note that system will force the engineer to add the PM kits (during call completion) when the option is checked.
3. New column introduced for Equipment leads
A new column called "As per spec" has been introduced in the lead update tab at the product level configuration for equipment leads.
4. Escalation Module - search filter
Users can now filter on 'Escalated By' in the search option in Escalation module
5. Cross Selling Settlement - Linking cross selling to another enquiry/lead
Cross selling enquiry can be linked to an existing enquiry/lead (against which a customer order has been mapped). Linking a cross selling enquiry to an existing order/lead is done ONLY on approval from Danilo OR the Sales Manager.
Ref below screenshot which shows a linked cross selling enquiry that has been settled. The linked Cross selling enquiry will appear in the 'Enquiry Ref No' column. The enquiry/lead against which the cross selling has been mapped shall appear in the 'Mapped Enq No' column. The 'FSE Person' shows the name of the person who has been awarded the incentive.
