1. Auto-mailer for Parts Request approval (Sales, Service)
The automail that is generated from Panoply whenever 'Parts Request' is made will have its email-subject as below:-
- Manager shall receive an automail having the subject Part Request "PR_<nnnn>" of "<customer name>" submitted for Manager Approval
- Management shall receive an automail having the subject Part Request "PR_<nnnn>" of "<customer name>" submitted for Management Approval
- P&L shall receive an automail having the subject Part Request "PR_<nnnn>" of "<customer name>" submitted for PL Approval
