1. PSG call to add PM Kits - for SSD quotes (Sales, PSG)
Users can now initiate a PSG call (from within the configuration tab) when PM kits (for the product entered) are not present in the install base. Note that this is applicable ONLY for SSD quotes.
The working status of the lead/quote (after PSG adds PM kits to install base) will move to 'Ready for Pricing'
2. Order Booking Notification (Sales)
Whenever an order is booked in P&L module, an email notification to this effect will be sent to the (SM) Sales Manager and AM (Account Manager) of the end-customer of the lead for which order has been received/booked.
3. Equipment Pivot (Sales)
The Equipment pivot has been modified to show ONLY equipment leads/orders. Earlier, this pivot included small equipments as well - this has now been excluded from the pivot.
4. Escalation Automail (Service)
Couple of fields - 'Aging' and 'Order Id' have been added to the auto-mail that is sent for service-call related escalations. The aging field will show the no of days since the escalation was first raised.
