1. 8P Parts in Parts Master (Sales, PSG)
Whenever parts pertaining to product line 8P are uploaded/entered on Parts Master, the category and sub-category for these parts will be defaulted from the setup and marked as 'Validated'. This will be the default behavior for all 8P parts.
2. Export option in Customer Master (Sales, Marketing)
Facility has been provided in the customer Master for users to export list of all active customers to an excel sheet. However, this option will be available to only those users having the privilege to export customer and contact list. Clicking on the 'Export Customers' button (ref below screenshot) will download all the Customers and Contacts (in separate tabs of the same excel).
3. PM Kits - Mandatory Items (Sales, Service)
When PM kits are included as part of the configuration, check has been put in place to ensure that users can delete only those PM kit items which are optional. Mandatory PM kits cannot be deleted in isolation viz. user can either delete all the mandatory PM kits or none i.e. partial deletion of mandatory PM kit items are not allowed (ref below screenshot)
Similarly, a check has been put in place when engineers add PM kits to Install-base viz. by default, PM kit items (parts) added to Install-base will be mandatory parts. If a PM Kit item is to me made optional then it needs to be marked explicitly. Also, there has to be at-least one mandatory item in the PM kits added to an install-base (ref below screenshot).
4. Leaves reflected in Other Assignments screen (Sales, Service, PSG
When Leaves applied by engineers are consumed by the engineer and subsequently marked as 'frozen' by admin, a corresponding entry will be made in the Other Assignments screen to indicate the leave(s) taken.
