1. Transactional Sales - Export option (Sales)
Two additional columns have been added to the excel export option in the Trans Sal IR List window viz. 'Campaign Code' and 'Created On' columns.
2. Install Base - Warranty Updation (Service)
Updation of warranty dates in install-base now can only be done by those users who have the privilege to make the updation. Earlier there it wasn't dependent on any access privilege.
3. Escalation emails for equipment leads (Sales)
System sends escalation mail to the management for leads which are pending quote submission within the no of days defined in the system parameter.
Now, escalation emails are sent for equipment leads having status 'LPO awaited', 'RFQ Received', 'Technical Evaluation' and 'Decision Awaited'.
4. PRLC Worklist (Sales, Service)
Column has been added to the PRLC worklist grid to show the customer PO number. This field has also been added in the search function.
