1. Trader leads (Sales)
All Trader leads will be accounted under the Transactional Sales Team. Account Managers do not play a role when enquiries are received from Traders - this is where the Transactional Sales team pitches in. This team will work on all enquiries/leads coming from traders.
Note:- It expected that all Traders in Panoply are mapped to House accounts.
Up until now, system used to always map salesperson to a lead based on the 'end customer'. Henceforth, system behaviour with respect to mapping of sales person to leads will be based on the below scenarios:-
- When either 'order customer' or 'end customer' or both are 'Trader', system will take the AM mapped to the 'order customer'.
- When both 'order customer' and 'end customer' are regular customers, system will take the AM mapped to the 'end customer'.
2. Adding PM Kits to Install Base (Sales, Service)
Request to add PM Kits to an Install Base can be initiated from the Install Base screen. As part of this, colour coding for Install Base records (in the Install-Base screen) have been introduced as under :-
Red : PM Kit is not available for the Install Base - call request to add PM kits can be created.
Yellow : Call has already been created to add PM Kits to the Install Base - call cannot be created.
Green : PM Kits are already available for the Install Base - call can still be created to edit the existing install base.
Pink : When the Install-Base record is highlighted in pink it means that installation is currently underway for the Install Base. In such case, call to add PM kits can be created only after installation has been completed.
Also, a new button called 'Request for PM Kits' has been introduced in the Install Base screen (ref below screenshot)
Clicking this button will create a PSG call to add PM kits to the install base.
The PSG call created will have the call type "PMKits" (ref below screenshot)
Service Coordinator will assign the "PMKits" call to a service engineer who shall add PM kits to the Install Base.
Engineer can add PM Kits in the following ways:-
- Add parts (PM kits) manually
- Upload an excel (having the parts) and then validating it by clicking the 'Validate' button
- Copy/Paste part records from an excel sheet (ref below screenshots)
3. Service Team Calendar (Service
A button has been introduced in the Service Team Calendar to switch between couple of views.
The 'Default view' will show the SRID numbers (if any) against the listed service engineers.
On changing the default view, the count of SRIDs for the engineer, instead of the SRID number, is shown (ref below screenshot)
Also note that a system parameter has been introduced to define an SRID count range. When the SRID count (for the engineer) falls within the specified range the count will be highlighted in green and anything outside the range will be shown in orange.
