1. Service Management Pivot

Few columns have been added to the Service Management Pivot. New columns are 'Order No', 'Order Value (BC)', 'Order Value (FC)', and 'Order Currency'.


2. PSG Calls

Service / PSG calls have different call types namely Installation calls, Service Calls, Preventive Maintenance (PM) calls, Config Request calls, Application setup calls etc. Field engineers to whom these calls are assigned, as part of actioning these calls, can request for parts. 


Change has been introduced to the call setup wherein based on the call type, the 'Request for Parts' button can be enabled or disabled. For eg., Engineers working on Installation calls can request for parts (as part of installation) whereas an engineer working on an Application setup call would not need for parts request. Note that this setup is controlled from the database (backend).

 

3. PM Kits 

Audit log has been enabled for adding PM kits to Install-base. However, note that the audit will not be visible on the screen and is at a database level.


Bulk updation of PM kits in Install-base has been provided. This option will be available on clicking the search icon (ref below screenshot)


Clicking on 'Search' will list all the install-bases from which user and select any number of install-bases using the checkbox and then click 'Request for PM Kits'. This will create the corresponding number of calls (eg. if 4 install-bases have been chosen, 4 'PMKit' calls will be created in the PSG worklist)


4. Enquiry Management

A new column called 'Est. Value [QC]' has been introduced in the Product Details tab in Enquiry Management for equipment leads (ref below screenshot). Note that input in this column is mandatory. 


The sum of the amounts entered here (when there are multiple products) will be shown automatically in the 'Approx Quote Val / Curr' field in the Enquiry Details screen (ref below screenshot)


5. PSG Application setup calls

Going forward, no PSG calls would be created irrespective of whether 'Application setup' has been ticked as part of SOD or not (in the Worksheet). This is because PSG and service teams have now merged and application setup would be done as part of service calls. 


Contract Copy in Service Contract (ONLY for Chemetrix)

Users now have the option to add / view (if existing), the contract copy, in service contracts screen (ref below screenshot)
