1. Copy Configuration from Lead (Sales)
Users now have an option to copy the configuration items of one lead / lead product, onto another lead /lead product product.
A new button 'Copy Config Items' button as been provided in the Configuration Items page (in the Configuration tab) (see below screen grab)
Clicking on the button will open up a window where a list of leads (based on user input) will be shown. User can import config items for a product in two ways:-
1) Tick 'From Same Lead' - to copy configuration items of a product belonging to the lead that he is currently working on
OR
2) Mention the 'Customer Name' which will list all the existing leads belonging to the customer mentioned by user
When 'From same lead?' is ticked, the current lead number will be displayed against 'Lead Ref No.' and the product(s) belonging to the lead (except the product for which config items are to be created) will be listed against 'Product || Application'.
Instead, if users enters a customer name, then all existing leads created for that customer will be listed. User will have to select the lead number (double-click), which will populate the product(s) belonging to that lead.
User then needs to select the product and click 'Proceed'.
This will copy all the config items of the selected product to the current lead's product (see below screenshot)
2. Strategic Lead Tracker (Sales)
All equipment category leads having quote value > 1 million AED will be automatically pushed into the 'Strategic Lead Tracker'. This will be done through a scheduler job that runs on a daily basis.
The scheduler will pick only active leads having the following lead positions:-
- RFQ Received
- Technical Evaluation
- LPO Awaited
- Decision Awaited
