1. CSD / SSD Enquiry Qualification
When qualifying SSD enquiries, 'Probability', 'Lead Position' and 'PO Expected Date' are not mandatory entry fields so if users leave these blank, system will default the 'Lead position' to "Prospect" while 'PO Expected Date' shall be defaulted to a date 60 days from the 'Enquiry Closing Date'. The Estimated Value (in lead management) will also be defaulted to AED 2000.
However, for CSD enquiries, 'Probability', 'Lead Position' and 'PO expected Date' are mandatory entry fields during enquiry qualification so user cannot leave them bla. Estimated Value will be defaulted to AED 2000.
2. PM Kits & Consumables - Export option
All users have having access to the install-base screen can download PM Kits & Consumables on to an excel. Earlier this export option was available to only those who had a certain privilege - this has been relaxed.
3. Customer Quote
During quote preparation, comments entered for 'Installation' and 'Training' (in the cover page tab) will be displayed in the quote in the 'Terms and Conditions' section (refer below screenshot)
Also, quotes generated for 'Equipments' and 'Small Equipments' will no longer display the HSN codes.
4. Automail for Contracts pending activation
The automail listing 'Contracts Pending Activation' will be sent for only those orders having an RTOPL date.
5. Email notification in Enquiry Management
Sales Coordinators will no longer receive email notifications when enquiries are disqualified or leads are closed.
A new marketing role has been defined in the system. This role will come into play when in Enquiry Management, 'Generated From' is captured as "Marketing". In such case, email notifications will be triggered to only those users having this role. Notifications shall be sent out for enquiry creation, enquiry disqualification, lead closure and also when leads are marked as lost.
