1. Billable Order Forms (Sales)

Henceforth, Billable order forms (parts request) will not need Management approval. After receiving the first level (manager) approval, the part request will directly move to P&L for procurement.

2. Non-Billable Order Forms (Sales)

When non-billable order forms (for parts) are raised, there is an impact on the margin. Change has been made in Panoply so as to display both margins - before and after part request was raised/approved. This is shown in the 'Approval Comments' tab (ref below screenshot)

3. Auto-mail for leads Pending 'Qualification', 'Quote-submission' and 'SM check' (Sales)

A change has been made to the daily auto-mail that lists all leads which pending 'Qualification', 'Quote-submission' or 'SM check'.

This auto-mail now will also show a summary on the count of such leads (ref below screenshot)

4. Call Qualification for Service Calls (Service)

Currently there is no way for service engineer to know whether a call needs to go through call qualification. A small change has now been introduced to help service engineers (who have been assigned such calls) to take note of this (refer below screenshot)

Service engineer will now be able to see whether call qualification has been marked "YES" for the call.

5. Pivot for PM Calls (Service)

A new pivot has been developed for service team to get a complete picture of Preventive Maintenance calls.

Listed below are some key information this pivot will provide users with:-

- List of PM calls scheduled / completed for all or selected customers

- List of PMs that are still not completed along with their target date

- List of PM calls that are still not created along with their expected target date

So this info can be reviewed in a consolidated manner by viewing pending PMs, backlog PMs etc., by region, contract, customer, equipment etc.
