1. History for PSG Calls (PSG)
A 'History' button (similar to the one available in the SRLC worklist screen) has been introduced in the 'PSG Request Work List' screen. Clicking on this button shows a history of Service and PSG calls related to the instrument for which the current PSG call has been raised.
2. Parts / VO Request for Trader (Service, Sales)
When a Parts Request is raised, system will now show whether the Order Customer is a Trader by marking it in blue color (ref below screenshots)
Likewise, 'Quote Customer' field has now been added to the Verbal Order creation as well. Like Parts Request, system will indicate whether the order customer is a Trader by marking it in blue (ref below screenshot)
3. Deletion of Service Calls (Service)
Service-call deletion has now been made privilege based. Only those users having this privilege will be able to delete service calls from the service call worklist.
