1. More Service Informations in SRLC Excel download :- User can now view more call related details such as "Call Log Date, Completed On, Closed On" details in the excel download.
2. Escalation Manager rights :- Escalation Managers can change/reassign the Escalation In-Charge or can choose to Add or remove Stake Holder through out the escalation life cycle other than if the Escalation status is closed.
3. Leave Module Changes :- Two major updates in Leave Module for the Users :-
a) Delete Leave :- Deleting the leave can be performed by Leave requester, Admin and Manager during the various levels of the Leave request-approval process.
i) Leave requester can delete it before Manager approves the Leave.
ii) Once Leave is Approved by Manager, it can be deleted by Manager/Admin before the leave is frozen.
During the above action, email notifications will be sent to respective Employee, Manager and Admin. Please refer the below screenshot for further clarity.
b) Leave Encashment :- On request from employees, Admin can now en-cash the requested employee's leave. Please see the below screenshots for the Leave encashment option.
Screenshot 1 :- Only Admin accesses the below option to encash the leave.
Screenshot 2:- Once the mandatory fields such as "No. of Days Encashed" and "Remarks" are entered and upon clicking on the Save, encashment will be processed successfully.
4. Response Time added in Service Request Pivot:- User can now view the Response Time in the service request pivot.
5. Employee ID column in Employee Master screen:- User can now view a new column "Emp ID" in Employee Master screen.
6. Changes in Transactional Sales Report:- Transactional Sales Report has undergone few label changes and UI changes.
a) The row "Productive Calls" renamed to "O/B Productive Calls".
b) The fields in the report "O/B Enquiries Logged & O/B Quotes prepared" is now tally with the fields "No of Enquiries" & Quote Submitted" in Transactional Sales - Monthly report section.
c) In the report "I/B vs O/B Enquiries" and "I/B vs O/B Quote Prepared" has been renamed to "I/B Enquiries vs I/B Quote Prepared" and "O/B Enquiries vs O/B Quotes Prepared" respectively. Also we have removed the bar graph representation and retained the line graph in the new report format.
d) The field "Direct" in enquiry field break up has been renamed to "Non Sales Enquiry".
7. Quote Changes:-
a) Short Supplier name and Part number have been merged to one column for Equipment and Small Equipment quotes.
b) "Total Price" header has been renamed as "Total Price excluding VAT".
8. "Select all" option for AT in SOD :- In configuration screen now user can select all items under AT items in SOD.
