1. SSD Order booked notification:- Hereafter when an SSD Order is mapped, respective SSD Service Manager will be notified the same.


2. Customer Order Screen changes:- Service Manager can now choose to create Install Base & Installation call at product level up on ticking the option "Add IB & Installation Calls". By default the check box will be ticked to create Install Base & Installation Call. 

If in SOD, only delivery is selected and "Add IB & Installation Calls" is ticked,only Install Base will be created.


3. Service Contract type visibility :- User will be now able to view the "Contract type"  associated with the Install Base selected in SRLC screen.


4. Changes in Other Assignments:- Multiple entries for same type, same date, same engineer is restricted now. 

For example:- If user wants to capture Internal Meeting as one line item, Management meeting as another line item but both under the type "Meeting", now with the change, user can add only one line item with the combination 'type, date and engineer'. The break ups of the type can be captured in comments rather than creating a new line item.


5. Quote changes :- In quote, the field 'Product Specification' has been removed. Also few reported bugs on Customer Contact, Representative contact has been taken care.

This change request is applicable only for IGB.


6Changes in Sales Master Pivot:- Added a new field "Enquiry Created by". Also corrected the data that is being loaded in "Generated By". 

This change is applicable only for IGB.



7. Leads prepared by TS:- In the Lead Management screen, User can now filter the leads which are worked by Transactional Sales. Please refer to the below screenshot


8. Transparency of other employee details :- Users can now view other employees official email, extension etc, with the help of newly added tab "Staff Contact Details" in their respective profile section. Please find the below screenshot.
