1. Changes in Service Invoicing Pivot :- We have added a new field "SRID" to the Service Invoicing Pivot.


2. Bulk Install Base creation for MVS and Projects :- For MVS and Projects now user can create Install Base in bulk by using "Bulk Upload" option. Few information in detail ;- In the excel upload format, all the columns are mandatory for the upload except "Serial No" in case of Projects.

Once user clicks on the "Bulk Upload", it navigates to a new screen. 


Please find the below screen and explanation followed:-

Functionality of Options marked in Red

a) Upload :- Allows the user to upload the excel file in desired format.

b) Template :- By clicking this button, user will get the required excel template for upload.

c) Reference Data Download :- Reference data provides the relevant information that is required to fill in the excel format.


Once excel file is uploaded, as per the validations the uploaded records will be categorized. Functionality of the options marked in Yellow. 

a) No of Records:- Displays the number of records in the excel upload file once uploaded

b) Success Records :- Displays the number of Success Records in the excel upload file.

c) Error File :- Displays the error file in the excel upload.

d) Download Error File :- Clicking on the button adjacent to the label, User can download the file in excel format with error.

e) Submit :- When user clicks on this button, the success records will create new Install Base.

f) Cancel:- User can cancel if he doesn't wish to proceed the upload/creation of IB in bulk.


3. Bulk addition of Install Base in Contract :- For Contracts, Install Base can be added in bulk via upload excel in the desired format. The Bulk IB addition option is available only for the Contract type and Contract status listed in the below table:- 


a) MVS

Step 1 - Bulk Upload of IB:- 

Bulk upload option is available in the Product Details Tab only for the above mentioned conditions. This button navigates to another page.


Step 2

Functionality of Buttons highlighted in red :- 

a) Download IB:- When user clicks on this button, it downloads all the Install Bases which are not in contract wrt selected Contract Start Date and End Date.

b) Upload File :- After modifying the downloaded file with relevant information needed for the contract, user may upload the file using this button. If uploaded file contains any format related error, if an Install in contract is mistakenly added by the user in upload it throws the error and user can choose to proceed only with success records after downloading the erroneous file.

c) Back button:- Navigation to product details tab.


Step 3

After submitting the file, user adds the success records to the grid and navigates to Product Details tab. Please find the attached screenshot:- 


Functionality of button highlighted in red:- 

a) Save:- Save button tags the Install Base to the Contract. You will not be able delete the Install Base once saved.

b) Submit :- Submit is just next step to Save before activating the contract.

c) Cancel :- User can abort the action by clicking this button.


Few validations are implemented at this screen level which are as follows in the table :- 

Contract TypeMandatory field
AMCLS Amount Mandatory, should match the contract total amount.
ARCRate/Day or Rate/Hour mandatory.


4. Changes in Quote :- For SSD Quotes, "Manufacturer & Products" column, also for Equipment Quote, "Supplier & Part no." column and in the "Supplier or Manufacturer"grid now it will display the supplier name as per how the name is defined in "Name for Quote" in Supplier Master.

5. Option to Filter Leads worked by Transactional Sales  :- In the lead management screen, "Created by TS" will list only the Transactional Sales users, as well it will list only the leads worked by the selected TS User.


6. Changes in Customer Mapping screen & Customer Master :- We have added a new field "Customer ID" in Customer AM Mapping --> "AM Customer Mapping" tab and in Customer Master --> "Search". Please find the below screenshot

7. Supplier Head office and Branch office Mapping :- While adding supplier and if it is marked as head office, the head office will list while adding a branch office to that supplier. Once marked as Head office, user will not be able to change it to Branch office.

8. Changes in Order Analysis Pivot :- User will be now able to view the newly added fields - Del_Dt_Month (Delivery Month) and Del_Dt_Year (Delivery Year) to the Order Analysis Pivot


9. Changes in Delivery Note Screen :- We have added new columns to Delivery Scheduling Screen. The road-map to screen as follows, PL Menu --> Logistics --> Delivery Scheduling --> Items tab, you may find the added column fields. Please find the screenshot below:- 


10. Weekly Auto mail - Supplier Advance Payment :- When an Accounts user mark a particular record's WL status as "Sent to Finance", Panoply sends weekly auto-mail as per RBS Configuration listing the records send to Finance. Please find the screenshot below:- 


11. Customer Credit Note:- When a Credit Note is passed by an Accounts user, the Delivery Note & items remains tagged to the old invoice for Revenue recognition. 

Accounts team can now raise credit for the below listed three situation:- 


SituationSolution
Already a consolidated Invoice raised to customer. Now customer requesting for partial Invoicing as per payment milestone.
Negative and Positive entries will be created as per the Payment Milestone
Full Invoicing with different tally Invoice date
Negative and Positive Entry will be created. New date will be created for the Positive record as per the New Tally Invoice date. However Delivery Note and items remains tagged for Original Invoice will have the Old Tally Invoice Date.
Passing Credit Note for Cancelled OrdersOnly Negative record will be created.


Note:- Only Original Invoice details will continue to list in IO Management--> Finance Tab, Invoice Target, Receivables-->OE.
