1) Customer contact related changes and new report :- Customer pivot has been enhanced with addition of few columns. A new report has been introduced with gives visibility to the management with regards to number of new customers added, customers edited, contacts added and contacts edited.



2) Changes to 'Aged CSD Enquiries Leads and Orders Pending for Action' report :- In this report, pending quote count for CSD and SSD is now considered regardless of Lead status. Few UI fixes also handled.



3) Changes to SSD Sales Configuration:- SSD sales users can now add multiple O Rate /Day part numbers under one product in Sales configuration.



4) Changes in Productivity Dashboard :- Introduced Call types and Call categories for the productivity dashboard. Users can now review the productivity based on the call type filter.



5) Regional Service trend Dashboard :- Service Managers can now view the service utilization trend across region and across month. Please find the below screenshots



6) Multiple Parts Request from Service Work-list :- Engineer can now be able to request for parts from SRLC.



7) View all PSG calls in SRLC :- User can now view all PSG calls from view Service Request screen using the search filter. Please find the below screenshot :-

8)  Mandatory Customer Survey for Service :- With the new change we have made Customer Survey mandatory while completing service calls.



9) Call Closure automated :- Warranty and Contracts calls are now automated to close immediately after call gets completed by engineer. In case if CSR copy is not attached, then call will not be automatically closed.

This change is only for GBA



10) Changes in Engineer Competency screen :- Screen level provided an option to attach CV of engineers.

11) Changes in SRLC (When user selects PO option as Wait for PO) :- When a non contract call is logged and if user selects PO option as 'Wait For PO', user can either attach or bypass the scope document for the service call.

ii) Changes to sales :- When user selects wait for PO, in Sales the Quote customer will remain blank as the user should be explicitly selecting the quote customer after going through the scope document attached by the service. Please find the below screenshot :- 




12) Changes to IO Management :- Changes to Order booking validation. Now PO value + Consumed value (Provision if any) should match with PL items value.



13) Changes to supplier-wise payment  :- Added a new column Supplier Category and YTD column to display 12months due.



14) Introduced new report on Finance receivables :- The auto-mail Finance receivables under SSD & CSD, gives data of Payment not received and partially received for SSD and CSD orders.



15) Introduced New screens :- New screens are developed for Freight booking, Freight payment update and Finance Payment update. Data flow from ISN export shipment and delivery schedule can be tracked in Panoply.
