1) Auto-mail notification for Pre-Sales visit :- In configuration when Account Manager request for Pre-Sales visit for each product, an auto-mail intimation is sent to Account Manager when Pre-Sales Visit call is created, assigned and closed.



2) Changes to Lead details screen :- When a lead is auto created as part of contract renewal, we have provided option to view old lead number and it's order number in the lead details screen. Please find the below screenshot :- 

i) The 'i' icon in the below screenshot, towards lead number, provides the information of Old Lead no. and Old order no.

ii) The pop in the below screenshot displays the details as above mentioned 




3) Introduced New pivot - Parts Failure Analysis Pivot :- User can now view the data of frequently requested parts by product, by requested department and also the price of the part can be viewed in base currency.



4) Change customer contact in SRLC :- User can now change the customer contact while call scheduling. Please find the below screenshot :- 




5) Customer Bank guarantee implementation in PCM :- In PCM we have provided the provision to add weather the customer PO has bank guarantee. This functionality is available in the new screen. Please find the below screenshot :- 



6) Delivery ageing auto-mail enabled for Equipment :- Equipment orders delivered in past 7 days will be reflecting in this auto-mail.



7)  Non Order expenses :- A new screen has been developed in to capture Non Order expenses . PL --> Procurement --> Non Order Expenses.

We have also provided the Non Order expenses under Accounts  and Finance options too.

Once from Procurement, Non Order expenses are submitted, it moved to Non Order expense in Accounts and further submission, it will list in Finance --> Non Order Expense.

8) Changes to Customer Order acknowledgement :- When Order acknowledgment PDF is created, new terms and conditions are listed in the last page of the acknowledgement.



9) Changes to Supplier PO PDF template :- Supplier Purchase Order template has been revamped with new design.
