1. Auto-mail template revamp :- Email template has been revamped for the following functionalities/module in Panoply :-

i) Service module auto-mail

ii) P&L module email templates are revamped

iii) Master Module email templates are revamped
iv) Transactional Sales report has modified as per the new standard.

2. Changes to Quotation :- GBA quotes has undergone few changes as per the inputs from Stakeholders.

3. Changes to Warranty Conversion CR :- As per the new change, once Installation call is completed, the install base will list in a Warranty Conversion Qualifier working list which is strictly privilege based. Qualifier can either qualify the instrument for warranty conversion or he can disqualify it for warranty conversion by selecting proper reason. Once the instrument is qualified, the respective instrument will be in Warranty Conversion work list of respective SSD AM of the customer.

In Brief :- Installation call completed -->WC Qualifier--> WC work list of SSD AM for that respective customer to tag to an active contract.

4. Changes to Customer Order Screen :- With the new change, Future booked orders will not be displayed in Order Processing screen hereafter. Customer Order screen will load orders based on Orders booked as of today.
