Parts Master - price edit
Facility to update the price of part(s) has been provided in Parts Master. User needs to have the privilege 'prvPriceAddEdit' to be able to edit price of part(s). An edit button has been provided in the Parts Master (in the grid). Clicking on the 'Edit' button will open a small popup window where user can key-in the new price (see below screenshot)
Link to PSG from Service
In scenarios where installation calls are created separately - happens when Sales have either missed out adding a product OR when product(s) has been wrongly captured under config items - the link from service installation call to PSG (with respect to PSG personnel who carried out a PSG check during the sales process) will not be available. For such scenarios, system will put a "Link not available" remark against the PSG person in the respective service installation call (see below screenshot)
