Order No in Search function

Provision to search for cross selling enquiry based on 'Order No' has been provided.

Editing Install-Base

Users now can edit the 'Product Name' and 'Manufacturer' of any Install Base.

SSD Leads

Whenever Relocation services are selected (i.e an REL part is entered in configuration) in a lead, an email for such a lead will be triggered by Panoply and sent to Danilo and the SSD Sales Manager (Jagadeesh Balina). Note that this email is based on a scheduler that is set to run once every day.

Going forward, service margin will NOT be applicable for SSD leads. This field will be disabled (in the worksheet) for all SSD leads.

PSG call type as 'Discussion'

When a PSG call is created with call-type "Discussion", it is mandatory for user to key-in the lead number.
