  • No infrastructure margin for SSD parts.

  • Warranty and Contract dates in service calls.

  • PSG configuration calls made Schedulable.

Parts Price Comparison

For every part number in a quote (belonging to the same customer), system will now show (in an excel sheet) if there have been quotes in the last 1 year having < 5% reduction in the price or > 5% increase in price (for the same part). This provision has been given via a 'Quote Comparison Download' button in the worksheet. Clicking on this button will download an excel sheet containing the parts price comparison across quotes generated for the same customer in the last 1 year.

Shown below is the excel sheet which shows the difference in the price quoted (for the same part) across quotes generated for the same customer

No infrastructure margin for SSD parts

Note that pricing for SSD leads will no longer include the infrastructure% component. This figure will be included for only Service Parts (other than "NA" items). The reason for this being that infrastructure% value will be factored-in when pricing is defined for SSD parts. So the sell-out prices for SSD parts will be inclusive of infrastructure cost.

Warranty and Contract dates in service calls

Service request and PSG calls will now show the Contract period and Warranty periods (ref below screenshot)

PSG configuration calls made Schedulable

Configuration Request / Review PSG calls will now have their tasks as 'Schedulable' - meaning tasks for such calls need to not just assigned to the engineer but also need be scheduled.
