New features in Panoply - Version 2.121

Changes done in this release:-

• Export option of 'PL'/'Category'/'Sub-Category' in Parts Master

• Export option of Enquiries that have been disqualified

• Screen changes for PSG

• Linking of PO to Service call

• Fiscal Year search in Service Contract screen

• Stock Screen for PSG and Service

Export PL/Category/Sub-Category

Option has been provided for users to export the list of all PL/Category/Sub-Category into an excel file. This option has been provided in the Parts Master.

The excel file will have the data for PL/Category/Sub-Category, in separate sheets.

Disqualified Enquiries

On searching for disqualified enquiries in the Enquiry Management screen, users have the option of downloading the list of disqualified enquiries onto an excel sheet. 

The downloaded excel sheet will list all the disqualified enquiries along with the Disqualified Remarks captured by the user at the time of disqualification. Duplicate enquiries will also mention the duplicate enquiry number.

Other Assignments for PSG

Provision has been made in the 'Other Assignments' screen for PSG co-ordinators to assign tasks to PSG Engineers. The usage/objective for this remains similar to the Service team viz. PSG engineers can be assigned for specific tasks pertaining to customers.

Linking of PO to service call

Earlier, Service Coordinators had the option of linking customer PO against Non-Contract service calls when the call would be in their queue before assigning the service call to service engineers. Now, service managers/service coordinators have the option of doing the same even when the call is in the engineer's queue (i.e. when the call is in 'In_Progress' state).

Fiscal Year search in Service Contract screen

Users now have the option of searching Service Contracts for a given Fiscal Year. 

Stock Screen

The 'Stock View' screen that is currently available within the Sales Module under "Lead management" --> Configuration" has now been moved under the Main sales menu. This screen has been made available to the Service and PSG departments.

The 'Stock View' screen can be used to view the stock of parts number. Users have the option of filtering data on 'Supplier', 'Part no', 'Option' and 'Product Line' (PL).
