What's New in Panoply - Version 2.182

1) Changes in Quote pending for submission auto-mail:- Previously based on the lead status the leads were listing in the 'Quote pending for submission' auto-mail. With the new change, if any quote version exist for the lead, it will not list in the auto-mail.

For eg:- User already submitted quote. Now customer requested for few more items. When user adds new items, the lead status changes to Configuration completed from Quote submitted. Previously the lead will list in the auto-mail wrt lead status. With the new change the lead will not list as there is an existing version of quote.

2. Probability of SSD Enquiry:- With the new change when SSD enquiry is qualified, the probability of the Lead defaults to 0-50.

3. Changes in Install Base screen:- Previously in the Install Base screen, user were able to make changes to MVS check box. Now with the new change, user will not be able to make changes to MVS check box selection.

4. CPRD report at Product Level for AMC:- With the new change, CPRD report is generated at the product level for AMC. Mentioned fields are available in the report :- 

Product Name, 

a) Effort Hours(P) - Effort hour against the AMC call by product wise. 

b) Travel Hours(P) - Travel hours against AMC call by product wise. 

c) Revenue - Revenue against AMC call by product wise. 

d) Invoice Value(P&L) - Invoice value against contract product. 

e) Cost of Manpower :- Product level manpower cost.

f) Material Cost (P&L) :- EO value against the product request.

5. Ageing for Delivered orders - auto-mail:- This auto-mail gives the time taken for each phase of the order processing for the delivered orders.

6. New field in Invoicing Target pivot:- A new column field called 'FAT Required' has been added to this pivot.
