What's New in Panoply - Version 2.185

1. Changes in Lead Management:- We have introduced a new column "Enq Generated Source" in the lead management screen as well in the lead management excel download.

2. Changes in Transactional Sales Module and Report:- We have introduced a new column "All Contacts?" in the excel upload. Marking this field as Yes or No will create transactional sales enquiry for all the contacts of the selected customer.

With the new change we have incorporated few changes in the transactional sales report, they are mentioned below:- 

a) We have changed the Bar graphs in the report to Stack graphs.

b) Included Order value in Enquiry source break up.

c) In Enquiry Category break up introduced House accounts and Mapped Accounts for all enquiry categories.

3. Productivity Pivot changes :- We have introduced a new pivot which excludes PIR and RC efforts of engineers from the productivity. The name of the pivot is "Producitivity_withexclusion"

4. Changes in Sub-quote & OF :- We have introduced a new screen, "Sub-Quote Lead"(Sales-->Sub Quote Lead). This screen provides the option to re-use of sub-quotes for billable OF. If any lead no that is marked as Re-use, the items in the sub-quote can be used again for raising billable OF.

5. Call Center pivot with New logic:- With respect to the change after CQ, if field visit is scheduled, FVR will be calculated based on the Field visit schedule.

6. Future Order and Forecast for Service Invoicing:- Now the Service Invoicing pivot will display the target dates for future orders.

7. Invoice Tracking status:- We have incorporated few format enhancement for Invoice Tracking Status.
