What's New in Panoply - Version 2.190

1. Changes in Admin Module :- The following changes are done in Admin Module :- 

    a) Inclusion of Approver Comments in the auto-mail when the approver approves the expenses.

    b) Addition of new column 'Region Worked for' :- A new column has been added to the following screens :- Employee
        Expense, Petty Cash and Vendor Invoice Submission. 'Region Worked for' field is mandatory for all Service
        department users.

2. Search with Customer PO number :- Now Service users can search orders referring to Customer PO number.

3. Logo Updated : - We have updated new logo. All official documents from Panoply will now use this logo.
(This change is applicable only for GBA)

4. Changes in Tracker Dashboard :- The following changes are done in the tracker dashboard:- 

    a) Customer and End Customer has been added in tracker dashboard.

    b) POC is updated every end of the day. 

    c) Planned and Submitted date is included in Customer Invoice Section.

    d) Parts Master template has been changed.

5. Enhancement to Installation Sign-off report :- With regards to new change in Installation Sign-off report, if the Account Manager is in-active for a particular order, then the report displays the current AM for that particular order separated by a '/'.

6. Supplier PO date Validation :- PO date has to be re-updated when the PO is placed (changed from PO draft to PO placed).

7. Enhancements to auto-mail EO pending :- Below mentioned changes are done to enhance the EO pending auto-mail :- 

    a) EO Pending auto-mail now displays the ageing wrt EO created date to current date.

    b) Added additional fields 'EO comments' and 'Remark' to this auto-mail.

8. Enhancements to auto-mail 'PO pending for Agilent' :- Included a new column 'Remarks' to this auto-mail.
