1) Functionality changes to Quote Format :- Items those are Dangerous Goods or IVL (defined in Parts Master at Sub-Category level) will be highlighted in quote with asterisk. Also the Terms and Conditions column will be updated with relevant details. Please find the below screenshot for further information :-

2) Warranty Conversion via Auto creation of Lead for Expiring Contracts :- Panoply allows the user to tag newly installed instruments to an active contract prior to their Warranty expiry date which will be included in the auto generated lead (Lead created by system upon 4 months to contract expiry) of active contract. The below screen is a new screen which lists the instruments once the Installation call is closed. You can access this screen in Sales-->Warranty Conversion which is privilege based.


In the above screenshot, the new screens displays the information about the closed installation calls. Install Base ID, IO no., End customer site, Customer contact, Product, Serial number of the product, Warranty start and end date, Remarks and To be included in contract number and Map button is displayed. Few fields in detail :- 


a) Remarks :- User can give remarks/note if he is not mapping the Install Base to a contract. 

b) To be included in contract No. :- Display the contract number to which the Install base is tagged.

c) Map button :- Once you click on map button, a pop up populates, it displays the active contracts which will be available for tagging. It also gives the information of Leads those are created as apart of contract renewal, but user will not be able to tag the instrument to this led via this screen, will have to add it manually in the lead. Upon double clicking the contract, the IB will be tagged contract. Please find the below screenshot :- 



With respect to Warranty conversion, Panoply sends out monthly auto-email to Account Managers and weekly auto-mail to Management with IB details whose warranty expiring in 12 Months from the current date and Warranty expiring in 3 months respectively. 

Account Managers will receive monthly auto-email where as Management will receive weekly auto-mail.


Auto creation of Lead for Expiring Contracts, system creates a lead prior to 4 months to contracts expiry as mentioned above. This lead will be defaulted with a campaign code and the product description of the respective product added to the contract  will be captured as "Added as part of Warranty Conversion"



3) Changes to SRLC Main dashboard :- UI enhancements and below mentioned following changes are made to SRLC Main dashboard :- 

1) Added favorites option for search. 

2) In Productivity and Utilization when SRID count is clicked it displays the SRID information. Also in excel download, details wrt SRID is provided.



4) PM Kits now mandatory only for Managed Vendors :- During Installation call completion now PM Kits are mandatory only for Managed Vendors.



5) Enhancements to SRLC screen :- In SRLC screen ageing is renamed to DT (Downtime). Also towards the right grid we have added Resl. time (Resolution time :- Which is Call completed date - (First Schedule date) - (Waiting time)). Please find the below screenshot :- 



6. Introduced a new email "Enquiries initiated from Service" :- This auto-mail provides the summary and breakup of the following :- 

1) CQ Pending

2) CQ done, Pending Quote. 

3) Pending parts quote.



7. Introduced new auto-mail 'Shipment details of Non-Agilent Supplier" auto-mail :- Provided a new auto-mail which gives the Shipment details of Non-Agilent suppliers.



8) Enhancements to "Supplier Payment outstanding" auto-mail :- Added the regions India and SEA to the top 10 list. Also included supplier wise currency details.



9) Order Forecast for Projects Module :- Project Managers can now forecast their orders quarterly using the new screen. Please find the below screenshot :- 


You can find forecast option as mentioned in the below screenshot :- 



Using the orders tab Project Managers does their forecast and those summary will e available in the summary tab :-
