1) Region grouping :- As per user request we have grouped the region based on how service users require customized regions. Below mentioned are the region groups and regions under it :-
i) UAE :- UAE-Dubai & N.Emirates, Qatar, Oman, UAE - Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, GBA Others.
ii) KSA :- KSA Eastern, Western, Central, Bahrain.
iii) India & SEA :- India, SEA
User can see these changes in the search :-
2) Changes to IB status :- Hereafter when installation calls are completed the Install Base status will be change to "Working".
3) MVS set up change :- All Coordinators and Regional managers can see MVS calls in their respective region. By default MVS users who have global access can see all region MVS calls.
4) Changes to Lost lead auto-mail :- If any lead is marked as lost, hereafter category managers also receives the auto-mail.
5) Changes to IO Management screen :- With regards to new change, in IO Management screen, under financial details tab, invoice target value will consider both order value and target value.

6) Auto-mail segregation :- Now CSD and SSD category emails will trigger for all the departments(Sales, Service, PL) separately to Finance department.
7) Changes to Logistics Shipment pivot :- Additional field "Carrier name of ISN" has been added to the pivot.
