1) Changes to Employee screen :- In the employee screen, when first name is entered, if multiple spaces are given, system auto-removes those spaces and also system doesn't allows the duplicate username.

2) Changes to Customer Survey - Sales Module :- With respect to new change, in Sales Module, when user submits quote the option to ignore send survey has been removed. Previously user can ignore the survey, if survey has sent to the same customer in past 60-90 by providing reason.

3) Changes to House Accounts functionality :- Hereafter any enquiry or lead created for the enquiry categories (Equipment, SSD, CSD, Small Equipment) other than Projects, handled by House Account will not be able to move/assign to any Sales Person.

This change is only for GBA

4) Provision for Staggered Supplier PO delivery :- In this CR Supplier milestone can be planned for multiple days. This is mainly used for cash flow analysis.

5) Service email template changes :- Service email template has been updated to new format agreed by the management.

6) Changes to Parts Failure Analysis pivot :- As per the user request, added the filter fields Warranty Start date and End Date. Between the range of warranty start date and end date, if any parts requests raised, based on the claim type, user can view the parts request. We are not differentiating supplier warranty and extended warranty at filter level. But if any extended warranty exist for the instrument, the warranty end date will be always the maximum of Extended Warranty.

Also we have added one more field "Request within Warranty". If the parts request date is between the Supplier warranty start date and End date, then system marks it as Yes, else No.
