1) Changes to Lead Lost/Cancelled auto-mail :- When a Lead is Lost or Cancelled PS team will now receive auto-mail.
2) Changes to Service Delivery Task Monitoring Dashboard :- Following changes has been done for PM Calls to the dashboard :-
a) All PMs that crossed the target date will be in red.
b) All PMs that within 15 days from the target will be in amber
c) All PMs that have more than 15 days from the target will be in green.
Note - PMs only with the first future target date will be in green.
3) Changes to Configuration :- In Sales Configuration, we have added a new column "Vendor Reference" while lead update. Please find the below screenshot :-
