What's New in Panoply - Version 2.231

1) Changes to Customer Survey :- When user modifies a quote after 60 days now this will be available in the Customer Survey Report. 

2) Introduction of Sales Channel in Panoply :- In Panoply Master Module, Sales Module and P&L Module has undergone changes with the introduction of Sales Channel(as of now the label is Business Unit, we shall change this to Sales Channel in the subsequent build) which consists of CSD, SSD, Equipment and Projects. 

In Master, Business and Account Manager mapping for a customer will happen in Customer Mapping screen.

In Sales, user should select Business Unit initially and then Enquiry Category. Project will be a different Business Unit where project related leads can be seen in the forecast.

In P&L, invoicing will happen as per the below table as per the Type of Project :-
