1) Changes to Lead Management excel download :- As per user request, added quote customer category to the lead management excel download.
2) Changes to Service Request excel download :- As per user request, added Actual Delivery Date and Call schedule date in the excel.
3) UI changes to SRLC and Order Sign off screen :- In Service Module, SRLC screen and Order Sign off screen has undergone UI changes however functionality remains the same.
4) Install Base Systematization :- Systematization is defined as process of categorizing the Install Base based on the application on which it is used and the complexity of the instrument. It is also used to capture all the modules along with the serial numbers. Mainly there are three flows :-
New Installation :-
a) When engineer completes the installation call he is expected to capture the Complexity, Application code and modules if any.
b) The systematization information will be reviewed by the regional coordinator as part of call closure.
c) Final verification will be done by the centralized team, once it is done the IB will be marked as Systematized.
Manual Install base creation :- If install bases are manually created it will be "Pending for Systematization". Either Regional Coordinators can update the systematization details and it will move for centralized team for Approval (OR) If there is an installation all associated with the manual IB, the process will as followed as for the "New Installation mentioned above.
When there is no Installation only delivery :- This is mainly for Small equipment, Once the item is delivered, the install base will be created and the systematization follow will continue to follow the process as same as Manual Install Base creation.
