1) Provision to change list price :- User can now search the part number and change list price in the item price list screen which is a privilege based activity. User can provide the approval authority and reason for price change which is a mandatory field. Panoply also provides a log of the prices changes.
2) Price upload schedule tracker :- Panoply now provides a fixed schedule tasks in the form of a report which gets populated every month as part of Item price list upload. Date ranges for scheduled activities are as follows :-
Price List upload :- Price list upload should be done between 3rd to 5th of every month.
Categorization :- Categorization of Parts should be done between 6th to 12th of every month if any.
Expiry :- For those price-list which are getting expired, necessary action need to be taken before 15th of every month.
Note :- Initially (for a month) the report will be monitored by Pansoft team for any fine tuning if required.
3) Changes to Parts Master :- As per user request Manufacture Parts Master ID and Supplier Parts Master ID has been included in the Parts Master screen.
