1) Changes to Sales Module:- Hereafter Account Managers will not have option to update PO Expected date and Probability at product level. The only update available at Product level available is to mark them as Cancelled/Lost/Won
2) Changes to Lead Management Screen :- Sales Users can now track their lead pending with respective actionable departments along with respective SRID wherever necessary. (Eg :- Sales Config pending with PSG, PSG Review, Worksheet Approval). Please find the below screenshot :-
After clicking the above highlighted option, this pop-up will come :-
3) Changes to Transactional Sales Report :- With the new change PIR graph will show the compliance count in both weekly and monthly Transactional Sales report.
4) Introduction of Sales Activity Log for Non-Leads customers :- Account Managers can now update their sales activity against the customers even is leads are not available. User can see this option from Panoply login landing page --> My Task widget--> My Account Log. Please find the below screenshot for better clarity :-
5) Changes to Lead Details Screen :- If user changes Quote Company in the lead detail screen, we have provided audit for the same and while changing the Quote Company, "Quote Text" field in the Quote tab will be removed.
6) Changes to Service Module :- In the SRLC excel download users can now see Order ID, End Customer Contact and Hold Reason associated with the SRID.
7) Changes to Systematization :- As part of PM/Service Call, if the Install Base is not systematized, now system will force user to perform Systematization while call closure.
