1) New fields added in SRLC :- While Service Call closing, as part of systematization, added two new fields :- Version No. and Notes. Please find the below screenshot :-
2) Warranty Conversion changes :- Hereafter whenever an Install Base is tagged as create new lead. This shall group all Install Bases by customer name and create a single lead for contract.
