What's New in Panoply - Version 2.241

1) HSN Master functionality changes :- HSN Master have undergone a functionality revamp. Hereafter HSN code screen will contain four tabs.

HSN Master, App. Auth Master, HSN - Appr. Auth Map, HSN Duty Map.

a) HSN Master is an exiting screen

b) App. Auth Master :- This is a screen where you mention the Approval authority for different countries where they approve the HSN.

c) HSN Appr. Map :- This is the screen where you map the HSN with approval authorities.

d) HSN Duty Map :- This is the screen where you put Duty percentages towards HSN and country.

All the above details will be shown in IO Management --> PL Items Tab, also in ISN Screen, Clearance pending and GRN screen. 

2) Action changes to Customer Invoice Screen & Delivery Note Screen :- Certain screens in P&L have undergone minute changes. Those screens and changes are listed below :- 

Customer Invoice Screen:-

a) Under PDF Tab, P&L team can now edit Total Selling Price FC.

b) Payment terms can now be able to change only for P&L and Accounts as per the request. By default it will list as per the PO.

c) Ship to and Invoice to in PDF will now display Customer name and associated Contact person.

d) User can now be able to see all customers and to select respective contacts in Ship To and Invoice To

e) In-active items will now list in different color legend.

f) P&L can now input Tax amount in words.

Delivery Note Screen:-

a) Users can now select appropriate contact details from this screen
