1) Weekly and Monthly Call Qualification Report :- Service Managers will receive this report which provides the details of Weekly and Monthly Compliance trend of PIR.
2) Reject option in Systematization :- L1 and L2 approvers can now reject IBs while systematization. If Systematization details are entered via service call, it will move back to respective Engineer otherwise coordinators can always assign it to engineers for getting the Systematization data captured in the system.
In the below screenshot, mentioned column "Sys In-charge" specifies the responsible engineer for systematization. However coordinators can always change the responsible engineer from the bulk update tab in the systematization screen.
