1) Excel download option for Account Log
1. In ‘My Tasks’ screen earlier user can view only their account log details.
Now added All Account Log tab beside ‘My Account Log’ tab, this is will be enabled if user has ‘Download Account Log’ privilege.
- If logged in user is product specialist then they can see and download all the employees’ account log.
- If logged in user is sales manager, they can see only their employee's account log details.
2) SRLC- MVS calls select option
Execution type search is provided in SRLC Search & Export, following are execution types
1. MVS
2. Projects
3. Others.
3) Accounting Mapping Screen in panoply
- Customer Mapping Menu name is renamed to Account Mapping.
- Site search is enabled. Initially all sites will load in Site search dropdown.
If the site is selected, the corresponding legal entity will load.
If the legal entity is selected, the corresponding sites will load.
4) Changes proposed by Transactional Sales
- The campaign list upload template will be changed to add the TS Executive Employee ID. It is optional. If entered the call will be assigned to the executive. If its left blank, the call will be in Open state.
- A new option will be provided called “Update Priority”. Here user will be given an option to upload the list with the campaign / activity and the email ID of the contact. The call with this campaign/activity and email ID, if found will be marked as “Priority” calls.
- In the dashboard, need option to view the summary with 3 options (Priority and Normal and Both)
- Earlier success percentage is calculated with wrong formula, now using ((successcount)/(successcount+unsuccesscount))*100 this formula for calculate success percentage.
- In View By executive screen changed the design of Bulk executive update screen like standard bulk update design..
